The seller does not take back the voucher.

The voucher can only be redeemed for a product or service. A cash payment is not possible. Because the voucher was intended to be redeemed for goods or services when the purchase contract or service contract was concluded and cannot be treated differently afterwards.

The seller will ship the item within 3 business days after receiving the payment.

delivery time

Shipping time includes business days only. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays (national public holidays, as well as Corpus Christi, Reformation Day and All Saints' Day) are usually not taken into account when estimating the shipping times.
