The voucher can only be redeemed for goods or services. Cash payment is not possible. This is because the voucher was intended for redemption against goods or services at the time the purchase or service agreement was concluded and cannot be treated differently subsequently.
The seller will ship the item within 3 working days of receiving payment.
Delivery time
The delivery time is based on the seller's processing time, the selected shipping service, and receipt of payment. In certain cases, the delivery time may vary. If the delivery time is specified, you can determine how long it will take until you receive the item.
Processing time
Sellers must specify how long it will take them to pack and ship the item after payment is received. Sellers can select a processing time of up to 40 business days, from same-day to the same-day delivery.
Shipping service
Some shipping services provide an estimate of the number of days the shipping company needs to deliver the item to the buyer. This shipping time does not include the seller's processing time. The shipping time only includes business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays (national holidays, as well as Corpus Christi, Reformation Day, and All Saints' Day) are usually not taken into account when estimating shipping times.
Payment received
A payment is considered "received" once the amount paid by the customer has been credited to the seller's account. If the buyer pays by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal, the credit may be immediate. However, if the buyer pays by bank transfer, this can take several days.
